Extra virgin olive oil born from a collaboration with the Association of Olive Producers of Romagna (ARPO). Produced from olives processed on the same day, it is an oil that has all the characteristics of a high quality oil.
It is a perfumed oil with herbaceous scents and a taste that recalls bitter almond, a typical scent of the oils of our areas. Given the flavor tones (it can be classified as medium fruity) we recommend using it on raw vegetables, soups and grilled meats.
Produced in Italy from olives grown in Italy, cold pressed. Obtained from selected olives pressed within a few hours of harvesting. With its unmistakable taste it enriches and harmonizes the taste of every dish.
