Product Description
Very fruity aroma, with hints of plum, cherries, raspberry and blackcurrant and nuances of toasted wood. Dry, warm, soft, full-bodied taste, with the presence of well-melted soft tannins. Cured meats, first and second courses with great structure, rich in seasonings and with a strong flavour. Excellent with medium and long season cheeses.
Refinement: Bottle aging for 10 months.
