Scent Fruity, with hints of plum jam, cherries, small red berries and hints of toasted wood. Taste Dry, warm, soft. Cured meats, first and second courses with great structure, rich in seasonings and with a strong flavour. Excellent with medium and long season cheeses.
Refinement: Maturation in barrique for 8 months and refinement in bottle for 10 months.
