Vermouth, in particular white Vermouth with Catarratto grapes, is made using a selection of aromatic herbs, spices and local roots, which give the liqueur a distinctive and complex character. Herbs are harvested by hand in the Sicilian countryside, then carefully selected and infused into neutral alcohol to extract their unique aromas and flavors. This blend is then enriched with the addition of base wine, sugar and other secret ingredients, thus creating an enveloping and irresistible elixir.
It enchants the senses with its complex and balanced flavor profile. The nose opens with notes of fresh citrus, aromatic herbs, exotic spices and a slight sweetness. In the mouth, it reveals a pleasing combination of bitterness, acidity and sweetness, with a persistent and satisfying finish. This wine is perfect to enjoy alone as an aperitif, but also lends itself beautifully to a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails.
